My dad is serving as an EMT in Afghanistan right now and I was able to talk to him on the phone for a little bit yesterday. I really miss him and was delighted to hear his voice even for a bit. During our conversation he proposed the idea of meeting halfway in Dubai!!! It's always been a dream to see this renown city and I'm overjoyed by the idea. I've got graduation coming up in three weeks and all I can think about is Dubai. Can't wait!! Anyways... tonight was fun... I ended up sneaking into the movies with two gal pals of mine, The Lorax in 3D and 21 Jump Street, both great movies.
Right now I'm just painting my nails in Essie's "Turquoise & Caicos" and detailing only my ring finger in deborah lippman's "Happy Birthday."I'm also excited about working a National Lancome make-up artist event with the company's National Makeup artist,
Darais (link to his blog). I've been freelancing with the company and been sent all around LA working as a make-up artist. Tomorrow is a big day and I'm so excited! Wish me best of luck. <3
